While we were in the land of fire and ice, we rented a car for only a few days, so to get out of Reykjavik for a while and to take a break from all the tours we were doing, we ventured out in search of the hot springs on our own.

I've been dreaming about visiting the Blue Lagoon for quite some time. It's one of those places that always looked too good to be true which is why I knew I had to see it for myself.
